Our passion for coffee runs deep, and we're proud to call Colombia our home. With its lush tropical climate and fertile soil, it's no wonder that Colombia produces some of the best coffee beans in the world. Our commitment to quality starts with our sourcing process. We work directly with small, independent farmers in Colombia, ensuring that our coffee is of the highest quality and ethically sourced.
Flavor Notes
Just like wine or beer, Specialty Coffee may include specific and distinctive flavors according to the growing season, temperatures of the area where it was cultivated, as well as roasting and brewing methods.
Arabica roasted coffee is one of the most chemically complex types of coffee and is rich in many different chemical compounds that produce a variety of different tastes.
As a result, when you perceive "strawberry" notes in your coffee, it means you are tasting the same, or very similar compounds, that can be found in real strawberries.
