Do we roast the coffee ourselves?

Absolutely NO. Roasting is an art, and it requires extensive experience. Bad roasting might ruin any coffee. This is why we leave this task to the experts. Each selected brand roast their coffee to perfection in order to highlight the coffee bean specific characteristics.

Do we offer monthly subscriptions?

What are our shipping rates?

When you order 1 bag of coffee, we can offer you a flat fee of $3. When you order $50 USD or more, shipping is FREE.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. We will keep you updated via email with a tracking number.

Where is my package?

When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order. There, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is.

Can I return or receive a refund?

Since coffee is perishable, we’re unable to accept returns on coffee. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your coffee, or any errors in your order, please email us at connect@coffeedelcampo.com within the next 5 days after receiving your order.
